Children are valuable and we believe that EVERY child should feel love and dignity. We work to EMPOWER families and to prevent poverty orphans by partnering with our community. We rescue children with special needs, street children and children from extreme abuse situations (usually from corrupt, illegal orphanages.). We either reunify with bio families or w
s transforming their family.

With 10 children (all with disabilities) in our full time care...

2 more children in our care about to transition out onto their own...

95 students that come daily to One Gift Academy

And over half of those students have physical and learning disabilities - I am happy to say our children's center has been functioning for 2025.

Did we have scary moments where gangs came within miles and shooting/protests and burning vehicles caused us to lock down?

Yes.

But we have 38 dedicated full time staff members that still need YOUR support.

An email update was sent out so if you did not receive it please message me your updated email.

To donate for 2025 checks need to be postmarked by the 31st and donations need to be in online before midnight.

Please help us get to where we need to be NOW and monthly as we have lost a significant amount of support BUT WE ARE STILL FULLY FUNCTIONING AND NEED YOUR HELP TO SPREAD THE WORD.

We need churches, businesses, small groups, friends, family and those we depend on to get our foot in the door for 2026. We can't keep going this way and with the ever lingering chance that we have to evacuate ... we won't even have the funds to do that.

So please help us help children who are in desperate need. Schooling and education IS A GIFT as are jobs for our staff and food for our children with disabilities.

10 years of existing and operating and we are in the Last days of giving for 2025!

Moses is home with follow up appointments but we are in need of shipping our antibiotics order and protein powder for supplementing nutrition:

Haiti has become almost impossible and we need your help to function in 2026.

We are $2500 a month short of operating budget and we need to get our meds order to our city.

10 children with disabilities in our full time care.

2 more in our care that are transitioning out.

95 students coming daily to one gift academy.

40+ of those students with disabilities (physical and learning)

38 full time staff dependent on us to provide their salaries to care for their families.

$14,000 end of year donations needed.

$2500 a month needed for 2026.

Moses is in critical condition at a hospital that often neglects the care of our children with disabilities.

Please please be praying for our littlest boy.

Our nurses are doing the best they can to advocate. We had him on our own oxygen and the hospital took it off.

First day of school!

But we had to close just a couple hours later when protests began outside.

Please pray for Haiti this year and the children who are striving to live and get an education. That there will be blessings and protection ahead.

School in June means HOT days but our children at One Gift Academy look forward to learning.

What we love is our integrated school model with community children and children with disabilities.

We have 32 full time Haitian staff working and as the gangs creep in closer and closer to the outskirts of our city - we continue to pray for protection over our city, families, children and center.

When we say we can't do it without you we truly mean it.

We haven't been on top of posting because it feels like there is horrific news coming out of Haiti every single day.

But we can assure you we are still currently "safe" for the moment and our programs are still fully functioning.

Fernando is one of our full time kiddos living at our children's center. He has come s long ways the 6.5 years he has been in our care.

He is nonverbal and is on the autism spectrum.

He may not speak but his big and beautiful brown eyes are very expressive.
