ATTENTION ALL KENTUCKY WALKING HORSE ASSOCIATION ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET ATTENDEES. This is important information concerning the 2020 Annual Banquet scheduled for January 10 & 11. There has been some recent changes with the Four Points By Sheraton as some of you already know. They have been doing renovations on their hotel and was hoping they would have those renovations completed by the time of our event. They will not have those renovations completed so we have moved our banquet for this year. The banquet will go on as scheduled for January 10&11 but will be held at The Embassy Suites across the road from the Sheraton. All room rates will stay the same. People that have already booked rooms please dont worry. Your reservations have already been moved to the new location. As far as people that have not made reservations but would like to the telephone number is 1-800-EMBASSY or you can also call 859-455-5000. Tell them you are with the Kentucky Walking Horse Association to get the $94.00 rate. Your room reservation will include a complimentary breakfast and also something new this year from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm they will have a managers reception which means FREE drinks during that time. That will require a room reservation for that. Everything is staying the same, we are just moving the venue. As many of you remember years ago this is where our banquet was for many years.
