Last Saturday we got together again and worked on a new craft and enjoyed a meal and visiting. It's always good to get together. We made these beautiful birdhouses out of teapots that Jackie donated to us from her collection. Next month we will make a wall hanging for Halloween and the picture of that will be the last one in the series.

This past Saturday we met for crafting and lots of laughs. We made these lovely, folded book vases. Next month, on August 15, we will make birdhouses out of teapots. The last picture will be an example of that craft. There are many variations of this craft. Just put in "teapot birdhouse" on Pinterest or Google for more examples. Next month Tanya will bring dessert and Shelly will bring salad. Jackie won the centerpiece and will be bringing something for our next drawing.

This month fun was had by all! Izabelle joined us for the evening too. We each made our own version of a wall hanging. We had breakfast tacos for dinner with pancakes as the taco shell with maple syrup for dipping. Shelly made a delish fruit salad and Tanya brought a delicious cake with cinnamon and pecans. Tanya won the centerpiece. Next month Jackie and Melanie are on for salad and dessert. Tanya brings the centerpiece. The last picture is next month's project. I will supply the books. You just need to bring flowers and any other embellishments you eant.We will be meeting July 25 next month due to Izzy's grad party.

We met this last weekend and made birds out of yarn. Next month on May 16 we are going to paint bird houses. Melanie and Jackie will do salad and dessert. If Jackie is unable to come we will figure out something else for either the salad or dessert. Everybody, remember your $1's. An example of the birdhouses is also pictured but you literally can do whatever you would like.
