Tarrafal Djunta Mo (TDM) is an innovative 501(c) (3) organization which is dedicated to providing vital Humanitarian services to impoverished individuals in Cape Verde, many whom have been a victim of poverty. The organization projects, implemented by groups of friends and families who've took the initiative to care, making a difference and attending to the need of the people, so they can receive

the necessary services and ultimately achieve a better quality of life. TDM was born from the heart of those who care to see changes in the community. Established in the U.S.A in 2013 by a group of families and friends who are fully committed on developing a service that will meet the people's needs. Since its initial establishment TDM had serve hundreds of indigent individuals, providing them with absolutely necessary general support, care and relief services.
