❤️💙 FOREVER 75 OUR STORY, OUR PURPOSE, OUR MISSION! ❤️💙

Yesterday, Terrence and I had the honor and privilege of being guests on WATD 95.9 FM, where we were given the opportunity to share our story, speak about our beloved sons, Makhi and Terry “TJ” Boston Jr., and explain the heart and purpose behind the Boston Brothers Foundation 75. 🕊️🏈

First, we want to extend our heartfelt THANK YOU to WATD 95.9, Laurie Kirby, Christine James, and the entire team for welcoming us and giving us a platform to share our journey, our mission, and our vision for the future.
Losing our boys changed our lives forever, but we are determined to make sure their names, their love for sports, their personalities, and the impact they made on others continue to live on.

❤️💙 Our ultimate goal is to build the Boston Brothers Sports Complex 75 in Brockton, Massachusetts.
We envision a place where children and young adults can feel safe, supported, encouraged, and inspired. A place that offers more than sports, a place for mentorship, education, life skills, mental wellness, community involvement, and opportunities that help prepare our youth for a brighter future.
Our children deserve a safe haven. They deserve opportunities. They deserve people who believe in them.
We know this dream will not happen overnight, and we cannot accomplish it alone. We are actively seeking sponsors, community partners, businesses, organizations, and individuals who believe in our mission and want to help us turn this vision into reality.
Whether it's financial support, access to a building or community space, outdoor space for athletic programs, or simply connecting us with the right people, every contribution brings us one step closer.
To everyone who has supported us, prayed for us, shared our story, donated, or spoken our boys' names — THANK YOU! Your love and encouragement mean more than words can ever express.

Makhi and TJ may no longer be here physically, but their legacy is still making moves, opening doors, and creating opportunities for others.
We are their voices. We are their advocates. And as long as we have breath in our bodies, we will continue building something meaningful in their honor.
This is bigger than us. This is bigger than football. This is about our children, our community, and the future.

🛑 DON’T SPEED. DON’T RACE. 🛑

A few seconds of showing off can leave a family hurting for a lifetime.
To the young people in Brockton, Randolph, Boston and every surrounding community:

PLEASE SLOW DOWN.

We are still watching young people race down streets, do donuts in parking lots, burn tires, speed, and drive like nothing can happen to them.
But something CAN happen.
Our children, Makhi Boston and Terry “TJ” Boston Jr., are no longer here.
Their friends and teammates had to experience something no young person should ever have to experience—saying goodbye to their friends while they were lying in a casket.
And yet, some of the same dangerous driving is still happening.
Young people, we need you to understand:
That car can be replaced.
Those tires can be replaced.
That moment of attention will be forgotten.
YOUR LIFE CANNOT BE REPLACED.
You don’t have to prove anything by driving fast.
You don’t have to race because somebody pulls up beside you.
You don’t have to do donuts because everyone has their phones out recording.
Be the person who says, “Nah, I’m good.”
Be the person who takes the keys.
Be the friend who tells somebody to slow down.
Be the one who makes it home.
Because when the cars stop, the crowd leaves, and the videos disappear from social media, somebody’s mother could be left planning a funeral.
Somebody’s father could be picking out a casket.
Somebody’s little sister could be asking why her brothers aren’t coming home.
Somebody’s best friend could be carrying that pain for the rest of their life.

Makhi and TJ had futures.
They had dreams.
They had family.
They had friends who loved them.
They had LIFE ahead of them.
Their story is now our reason to speak up.

❤️🖤 DON’T SPEED. DON’T RACE.
DON’T LET A FEW SECONDS BECOME SOMEBODY’S FOREVER.
Slow down. Put the phone down. Stop the racing. Stop the donuts. Stop trying to impress the crowd.
MAKE IT HOME.
Your family is waiting for you.

💚🐉 LET’S SHOW UP FOR SOUTH MIDDLE SCHOOL! 🐉💚
Our community is stronger when we come together to support our young people! This Wednesday, October 7th, stop by Brack’s Grille & Tap in Brockton and help support the students of South Middle School.
From 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, 20% of purchases will be donated to support this great cause. It applies to dine-in, takeout, and gift card purchases — just make sure you present the fundraiser coupon from the flyer on your phone or as a printed copy.
Even if you don't have time to sit down and eat, grab some takeout or purchase a gift card for later. Every purchase can make a difference. ❤️
The Boston Brothers Foundation 75 believes strongly in supporting our youth, our schools, and organizations doing positive work right here in Brockton. It truly takes a village, and when our community supports one another, our children win.

❤️🖤 BOSTON BROTHERS FOUNDATION 75 COMMUNITY SUPPORTS COMMUNITY 🖤❤️

The Boston Brothers Foundation 75 was honored to attend a fundraiser supporting the re-election of Governor’s Councillor Tamisha Civil, Democrat for Massachusetts Governor’s Council District 2.
We want to sincerely thank Councillor Civil for the invitation and, more importantly, for the work she continues to do throughout our communities. Her commitment to justice, victims and survivors, second chances, fairness within our court system, and community advocacy speaks to the importance of having leaders who understand and listen to the people they represent. Her career has included supporting victims of crime and domestic violence and working within the Massachusetts court system to help individuals and families navigate difficult circumstances.
We also want to encourage EVERYONE especially our young adults to VOTE!

🗳️ Your voice matters. Your vote matters. The people elected to positions like the Governor’s Council help make important decisions, including reviewing and confirming judicial nominations that can affect Massachusetts families and communities for years to come.
