A little information about the Borderland Foundation:
The Borderland Foundation is a U.S. 501(c) (3) Not for Profit charity registered as The Borderland, INC in the state of Massachusetts, USA. Incorporated at the end of 1993 as a Massachusetts non-profit organisation in Quincy, MA, The Borderland Foundation was originally formed to be utilized in conjunction with a physical location. This locati
on was used as a celebrative teaching, learning, outreach center for student/teachers of A Course In Miracles in the greater Boston area. It was a place where people could gather and participate in learning and applying the principles given through Jesus’s word in A Course In Miracles in order to bring about and demonstrate the experience Jesus points to through the theoretical framework in the TEXT and the application of the lessons as instructed in the workbook of A Course In Miracles. Subsequent guidance was received by board members to use the foundation primarily for the following purpose:
“To publish and make freely available, Jesus's word as received and scribed by Helen Schucman through the form of publications of the Sparkly edition of A Course In Miracles and Helen’s Notes ~ Dialogues with Jesus.”
Currently, The Borderland Foundation runs solely on donations. All donations are used to cover costs associated with fulfilling the purpose given. These costs currently include expenses involved in publishing, printing, distribution, setting up and maintaining a website and any accounting & filing associated with running a U.S. 501 (c) (3) Not for Profit charity. For those of us who have received HIS word freely, we would live by the mandate given us through Jesus in A Course In Miracles,
“Protect all things you value by the act of giving them away, and you are sure that you will never lose them.”
All board members give of their time freely to make this endeavour possible and help ensure the word of Jesus is given freely through these publications wherever possible to anyone they were intended for regardless of any financial, social or geographical circumstances. We would offer everyone past, present and future who has in any way been involved in this project, our sincerest gratitude for their willingness to collaborate in this venture. And NOW…
