Night Shift Supervisor – Braintree, MA
Temp to Hire/ Fri–Tue, 8:00 PM–7:00 AM | $34.85/hr.

This position oversees all inbound warehouse operations during the night shift. The supervisor leads and supports the team through physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, repairing or repackaging goods, and operating forklifts and warehouse equipment while following strict safety protocols.

Key duties include coordinating all inbound logistics, performing audits with scanners or tablets to verify equipment and pallet integrity, completing End-of-Shift resets, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and managing trash and recycling. The role also requires strong communication using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and radio systems to keep the team aligned.

The supervisor troubleshoots equipment issues, works with maintenance to resolve problems, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, trains team members, and adjusts workflow to meet productivity goals.
