The Power of One. 💜

Yesterday, Haven CEO Emma Brewster and CFO Alice Beck had the privilege of attending the YWCA Campaign of Promise Luncheon, celebrating the power of women to lead, serve, and make a difference in our community.

This year’s theme, “The Power of One,” holds special meaning for Haven. As the first female CEO in Haven history, Emma is honored to serve alongside women like Alice who have dedicated their talents, leadership, and hearts to furthering our mission.

We believe strong women encourage strong women. We celebrate the women who came before us, support the women beside us, and hope to open doors for the women who will come after us.

Thank you to the YWCA for bringing our community together and reminding us that one person can make a difference—and together, that difference can be even greater. 💜

We continue to pray for all those in our community who are grieving following recent tragedies and heartbreaking loss.

Our prayers are with the families and friends who have lost loved ones, those who are hurting, and all whose lives have been touched by these difficult circumstances.

May God surround them with His comfort, strength, and peace in the days ahead.

“The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.”
Psalm 34:18
