🚨Our remaining hours for this year are as follows:

Monday, December 9 through Saturday, December 14 - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

We will be closed from Sunday, December 15 - Sunday, January 5.

The center will reopen on Monday, January 6. Our hours for January 6 through Saturday, January 11 will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Friday morning, our Relief Center director, Amanda Delp, spoke to the regional long-term recovery working group focusing on rebuilding and recovery in Northeast Tennessee.

Amanda spoke about the work the Disaster Relief Center has been doing and gave some important updates:
- Volunteers have accumulated more than 30,000 hours of volunteerism at the Bristol Motor Speedway.
- The Disaster Relief Hotline has answered more than 3,200 calls for assistance, resources, and information.
- The Center has received shipments from all 48 contiguous states in the Nation.
- The amount of donations that have been received then redistributed have filled and emptied the warehouse space three times.

PLEASE READ: Through the enormous generosity of so many, the Northeast Tennessee Disaster Relief Center has been able to supply community centers and flood survivor families in Northeast Tennessee, SW Virginia and Western North Carolina with the relief that they have badly needed in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Helene.

The Center requests for all material goods donations to arrive by Friday, Nov. 1, 2024 at 2 PM EST. After that, we will transition our efforts to focus on outbound deliveries to communities in need.
