Bristol CORE Keeping Bristol, VT's downtown vibrant, celebrating its history, and planning for its future.

Bristol's local downtown organization, Bristol CORE, is an essential part of our active and engaged community. Our mission and passion are to bring people together to keep our town vibrant, celebrate its history, and plan for its future. Bristol CORE, a non-profit 501(c)(3), is a group of area citizens committed to increasing and maintaining the economic vitality of the Bristol downtown business c

ommunity and to preserve the historic character of the buildings and places. We do this by using a three-pronged approach: beautification, marketing, and economic development. Bristol CORE was created as part of the requirements to become a Vermont Designated Downtown, a status Bristol received in 2006. We help businesses maximize their resources to promote their products and services while encouraging visitors to experience the town itself for its special charm, historic ambiance, and natural beauty, as well as to shop. This multi-faceted approach is important to bringing economic vitality, and pride, and participation in the local community.

Hello neighbors,

Brighter days are just around the corner, and our beloved Bristol Farmers Market will begin its 2026 season on June 1st! Get ready for local veggies, fresh beer, live music, and easy Monday night dinners on the green.

To celebrate – and to help raise funds for the market – we are thrilled to announce a special benefit event hosted by Minifactory on Thursday, May 28th from 8AM-2PM!

Minifactory will be generously donating 15% of all sales on May 28th to the Farmers Market. There may even be a one-of-a-kind pastry crafted especially for this event!

Here are some excellent reasons to come down to Minifactory on the 28th:

You can chat with members of the Bristol Farmers Market committee (hello!) and check out our brand new merch!
You deserve a coffee and a treat.
Maybe you need to restock your jam, eggs, or cheese… Thursday the 28th would be a great day for it!
You’ve got some out-of-town visitors to impress.
Supporting the Bristol Farmers Market feels amazing.

We hope to see you there! The Farmers Market relies on support from local business sponsors and community members like you.

If you can’t make the event, you can still support the market with a kind donation here: givebutter.com/c/BFM26
