🚁 Calling All Drone Pilots & Aerial Photographers! 🇺🇸

Every year, thousands of people come together to celebrate Bristol’s 4th of July festivities. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to join us in person. Some have moved away, some are serving our country, some are homebound, and others simply can’t make it back to Bristol for the celebration.

This year, we’d love to bring the magic of July 3rd and July 4th to them.

The Bristol 4th of July Committee is looking for volunteers who can capture drone footage and aerial photos of our events, including the fireworks, parade, Town Green activities, and the incredible crowds that make this celebration so special.

Our hope is to create and share content that allows everyone—near or far—to experience Bristol’s Independence Day celebration and America’s 250th Birthday festivities.

If you have a drone and would be interested in helping document the celebration on July 3rd and/or July 4th, please send us a message. Whether you can cover a single event or the entire celebration, we’d love to hear from you.

Help us share the sights, sounds, and spirit of Bristol with those who can’t be here in person. ❤️🤍💙

The Bristol 4th of July Committee is still looking for adult volunteers (18+) to help with parade intersections during this year’s celebration as we prepare for a BIG crowd celebrating America’s 250th Birthday! 🇺🇸

This role is simple and incredibly important for everyone’s safety.

✔️ Watch the parade from where you’re already standing
✔️ Place cones or barriers at your assigned intersection before the parade
✔️ Remove them once the parade passes so traffic can safely flow again

That’s it!

You do NOT need special experience—just a willingness to help keep our community safe while enjoying the parade.

With larger crowds expected this year, these volunteers are critical to making sure the event runs smoothly and safely for everyone.

Please consider stepping up and helping us make Bristol’s 4th of July celebration a success! ❤️🤍💙

Application can be found on our website under forms.

Today, the Bristol 4th of July Committee pauses to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Memorial Day is a day of remembrance, gratitude, and reflection for those who gave everything to protect the freedoms we enjoy.

As we look ahead to our upcoming Fourth of July festivities — the parade, fireworks, community traditions, and time spent together — we are reminded that these celebrations are made possible because of the sacrifices of so many.

While we celebrate in the weeks ahead, may we never forget those who never made it home.

Please join us in honoring our fallen heroes this Memorial Day. ❤️🤍💙

We look forward to celebrating with you on July 3rd & 4th here in Bristol!

🚧 URGENT: INTERSECTION VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🚧

We are in critical need of volunteers to help staff intersections along the parade route for the Bristol 4th of July Celebration.

This is one of the most important safety roles we have — and without enough coverage, the parade cannot run as planned.

The good news? This is incredibly easy to help with!

Requirements:
✔️ Must be 18 or older
✔️ That’s it — no experience needed!

What you’ll do:
Stand at an assigned intersection (likely one you’d already be watching the parade from!)
Place a cone or barrier at the start of the parade
Remove it when the parade ends so traffic can safely flow again

That’s your commitment. Simple. Important. Impactful.

You’re not giving up your parade — you’re helping make it happen.

If you’ve ever enjoyed the parade with family and friends, this is a small way to give back and keep the tradition going strong.

Please share and help us spread the word — every volunteer truly matters.

Let’s keep Bristol safe, festive, and moving!

We are looking for volunteers 18 years or older to help ensure a safe and smooth event by placing cones or barriers at designated intersections along the parade route. Volunteers will move the cones or barriers to block traffic before the start of the parade and ensure no vehicles pass through. When...
