You can leave a bag of groceries or you can sign up to be a Bag Buddy to drive a route picking up the bags of groceries. I was a Bag Buddy a few years ago and it was a fun way to help a great cause!🍞🥯🥑🥕🌽

When you see someone on the street or asleep in a doorway does it tug at your heart? Perhaps you don't know quite what to do to help but you feel pulled to do something. Here are a few helpful tips:
1. Kindness and dignity matter, a smile and simple conversation go a long way.
2. Respect personal boundaries, don't wake a sleeping individual.
3. Offer critical items with no expectations such as a water bottle, snacks, socks, weather appropriate clothing items.
4. Educate yourself on local services and shelters available and join in to support existing programs.
5. Get involved with local public forums and critical community conversations.

Together we can help make a difference in someone's life.
