We are so proud to celebrate Gabriela, who recently graduated from college with a degree in psychology!

Gabriela came to Hogar Esperanza when she was just 21 months old. At the time, doctors believed she might barely be able to walk, and she faced significant challenges ahead. But God had a different story in store!

Along with earning her college degree and preparing to pursue a master’s degree, Gabriela runs marathons, swims competitively, and teaches Sunday school.
This year, she is giving back by serving with Anchor of Hope Ministry and Hogar Esperanza, the place that has been home for most of her life, before beginning her next chapter.
We couldn’t be more proud of the woman she has become and all she has accomplished. ❤️

Exciting news from our friends at Oasis of Hope in Kenya! The children recently took 1st place in all of Nairobi for their performance of traditional tribal folk songs and dances, and now they’re headed to the National Competition!
Please pray for the resources needed to make the trip possible and for continued success as they compete at the national level. We’re so proud of them!

Some exciting progress in Goma! The medical. clinic on site is now officially open to the surrounding community, and four new washing machines are making daily life easier for the children and staff. Please pray for God to provide a full-time doctor for the clinic and for continued provision, as the Ebola outbreak has caused food and essential costs to rise dramatically.

Today, our team captured some sweet moments with Alin, the Director of Bread of Life in Romania. A young man who has been at the home from the age of three who lost his mom due to cancer. He visits his home village to deliver medicine and food regularly. Stay tuned for more on this story soon!

A day in the life at our partner ministry Bread of Life in Romania. They have launched a unique program for 18-24 year olds who have aged out of their children’s home. These amazing young people experience life managing an apartment, paying bills, getting a job, studying, and serving in the church community together. The transition for children without a forever family is statistically a huge challenge. We are grateful to support and continue expanding projects like this to change the outcomes for the children we exist to serve!

We are so thankful for the ministry of Wings of Compassion in Kenya! This children's home provides a safe place for vulnerable young mothers and their babies, offering shelter, education, medical care, counseling, and hope for the future.

By caring for both mother and child, they're helping break cycles of poverty and hardship, one family at a time.💕
