The Bristol Federal Hill Association was formed in 1994 to enhance the quality of life in Bristol by encouraging the preservation of the character of Federal Hill and promoting a shared sense of community. Members support each other by encouraging the protection of Federal Hill's character, promoting a shared sense of community among local residents, and assisting property owners with appropriate historic preservation
