Responders Together NH Responders Together NH is a 501c3 providing NO COST Peer Facilitated Fitness and Wellness Programs to responders, military/veterans, and families.

Peer Network with Lakes Region CISM Peer Team. Responders Together NH is a non-profit organization that strives to provide access to fitness/wellness programs at culturally competent facilities and peer support for law enforcement, fire/EMS, corrections, dispatchers, veterans and their families to reduce effects of stress response. First responders and veterans are at increased risk for Post-Traum

atic Stress Injury, substance misuse, su***de, and other stress related health conditions. Responders and veterans have much higher rate of su***de and an average life expectancy 10 years less than the general population. The effects of stress response are mitigated by opportunity to participate in fitness/wellness programs and peer support through Responders Together NH. We have opportunity for responders and veterans with their families to access Kilter Fitness Center and peer support individually or at our facility at no cost during identified hours every week. We also provide funding, as available through fundraising, for access to other fitness facilities, personal/wellness coaching, International Critical Incident Stress Foundation Critical Incident Stress Management training, and peer/family activities.
