BOARD OF VETERANS’ APPEALS (BVA). When your claim becomes a legal case.
At the Board, a Veterans Law Judge reviews your appeal and the full record. Under 38 U.S.C. § 7104:

• The Board makes the final VA decision
• Can grant, deny, or remand

Most cases are remanded for further development, not immediately granted.
A remand means the fight isn’t over. It means the VA must fix something. Did your case reach the Board yet?
