There will be a meeting on April 20th at 5pm in the cafeteria to vote on the Wheeler County Youth Livestock Supporters. Agenda to follow.

Please cast your vote for whether you are for or against our livestock side of the Fort Elliott FFA Alumni joining Wheeler and Shamrock booster clubs in creating a Wheeler County Livestock Youth Supporters group. You may vote during school hours starting Tuesday, March 31 at 8:00am through Thursday, April 2 at 3:30pm. There will be a voters box inside Mrs. Pigg’s office in the high school building.

The Wheeler County Livestock Youth Supporters will be ran very similar to how our Alumni has ran in the past. The main difference will be at the county sale when we only have one group of buyers instead of three. The purpose of this change is to join forces county wide and work together to earn more money for all of our exhibitors without bombarding businesses for donations several times a year per livestock boosters. Participation in fundraising and running events along with paying dues will still be required. If the Wheeler County Livestock Youth Supporters is created, a new board will be formed with 2 representatives from each livestock board (Fort Elliott, Wheeler, and Shamrock) along with 3 additional community members who are knowledgeable about finances. These board members will be required to meet multiple times over the next several months to work out all of the logistics.

If we join, the Fort Elliott FFA Alumni will solely focus on scholarships for our future generations.

We will have a concession at Rt66 music hall on Friday night, 3-13, starting at 6pm. We will need help throughout the evening.

We hope you can make it to Lucky Bingo this Friday at the RT 66 music hall 205 N Main St Shamrock Texas at 6:00 pm followed by live music from 9:00 to 11:00 admission is free! Concessions provided by the Ft Elliott FFA Alumni association.

The FE FFA Alumni will have a concession at the Rt. 66 Music Hall in Shamrock Friday night March 13th. This will help raise money for Scholarships. Any & all help is appreciated.
