To all Lower Lazy C residents, today in the morning a group will be visiting our little neighborhood to walk the river bank as part of the Lower Dosey Flood Project. So don’t be surprised when you see cars and people gathering at the clubhouse. If you want to learn more about this project come to the Brinnon Community Center tonight for a community social and a local seafood buffet too.

We need members to step up and serve our community! Because 2026 is an even-numbered year, all **even-numbered board seats** (Seats 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10) are open for election.

* **Open Seats:** Seat 4 is vacant, and Seats 2, 6, 8, and 10 are up for reelection.

* **Eligibility:** You must be a lot owner with dues paid in full for all required years to run or vote. Dues are $30/year per lot.

To all Lower Lazy C Residents please be advised that the new property owner that unfortunately has bulldozed part of the berm between the road and the river has been reported to DCD and WDFW. They were operating without any permitting and the new owner was apologetic stating they didn't know they couldn't just do landscaping on their own. This message is to let you know your HOA has brought this to the attention of the county and the new owner. This is also a reminder to all of us that the lower Lazy C being in a flood plain comes with many restrictions, unfortunately due to the nature of where we all live and the natural wonders that surround us.
