📆 NOMINATIONS DEADLINE THIS FRIDAY 9/26!!!
The Lazy C HOA Annual Members meeting took place last Saturday (9/20). All lot owners had been pre-notified by mail and social media. Membership attendance was low but great questions were asked and discussion was had.
Agreement to include the proposed 2026 Budget with the new Board Nominations was reached and another call for nominations for open Board seats was made. A final deadline of 9/26 (this Friday) was set to receive nominations from anyone interested in running for a board seat. Below is the nominations and voting timeline.
There will be another Members meeting on 11/15 at 10am to announce the new board. If you are running for the board attendance on 11/15 is required please.

TIMELINE FOR BOARD AND BUDGET VOTING
1) Board Nominations and optional statements due by Friday, September 26
2) Ballots will go out via USPS and email by Friday, October 13
3) Completed, signed ballots must be received by Friday, November 7
4) Brief member meeting for election results at 10am Saturday, November 15, with Board Meeting to immediately follow
*No regular Board Meetings in October and November. The new board will vote on whether or not to hold a meeting Thursday, December 11
