Today we finish the end of semester exams, we hope to begin recess term on Monday after a weekend break. And there after semester one.

In recess term we shall do community based research and education in different health centre fours in the sorrounding the district in which our school is located, we shall spend three weeks there, then we get a Christmas break and report our findings in the first week of January and report for fifth year in the second week.

150,000 shillings (about $45) for the balance owing for January through April. We will soon need 360,000 shs (about $105) for the next 4 months (May through the end of August).

Update From Judith

"We had gone for a national medical students annual assembly in Kampala, a few of us had to represent our school of medicine. It was taken in the Easter break."

We need to raise money for Judith's rent. We need 150,000 UGX ($43) this week (balance owing) and 360,000 UGX ($103) soon for May through August.

"Good evening Mom [ ], how is the going? Our graduation is in [July] this year, so they called and they told me that if I want to graduate, I should first pay their debt [1,300,000 shillings], then I pay the tuition for this last semester, after I go back and I do exams." - Grace

"From a pediatric clinical exam today, and then I had to carry a toy so that the kids can coperate with me and they don't cry and sweets to thank them.

We shall be doing surgery theory paper and clinical exam on Monday and Tuesday respectively."
