Hello New Scouts and Families! I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Cub Scout Pack 109. We are looking forward to a fun, exciting and educational year. We have a lot of wonderful family events planned with the generous help of local community businesses and organizations. Many Brother Packs near us, visit us, and join our Service projects, keeping our community connected. At the

Elks Lodge #1586, at 101 N. Main St, Brighton, CO 80601. Field Trips off location will be pre-arranged, please contact for details. Each Tuesday, Weekly! (except Holidays)
The first Tues of the month is for Adults/Parents only, off location
Meetings start at 7:00pm for Adults/Scouts. CubMaster is available on location at 6:30pm for business. Cub Scouting is a Family and Home centered program. Elks Lodge #1586 has the longest running unbroken BSA Charter in Colorado and our Fantastic Scout Room reflects the hard work and Awards of their sponsorship since 1938. This legacy never fails to inspire the young scouts that come to enjoy Scouting with us. We encourage Parents to take advantage of the Full program for their Scout’s best success, and Volunteer with us. A Cub Scout isn’t a Cub Scout without his Adult partner! All the children benefit from your littlest participation in the fun. We can help you find your perfect place with us to bless you as well. No experience required beyond that which you already have as your child(ren)’s parent/guardian! Boys from 1st grade to 5th grade will find one of our Dens full of friends just waiting to include them and their families in the Scouting Family. There is a place for everyone! Thank you!

Dear Pack 109 families,
It is with extreme caution and regard for safety that we will be postponing our Pinewood Derby. In 7 years in leadership we have never had the need until now. Our forecast for snow goes all through the night with accumulation already starting. We have parents with weather contingent jobs and families living outside of the Brighton area. It is in the best interest of fairness and safety to reschedule for March 12th @ 6:00 during our regularly scheduled den meeting time. Arriving promptly at 6:00 in Class A and ready to race will greatly help the evening to flow. We anticipate this meeting to go a little longer than usual and will have a full nacho bar and pizza to feed all in attendance. There will be no out of pocket cost for this event and we look forward to seeing you all there! Stay safe and warm.
