When people work together on small projects like this one with Noa, Franciscan Children's and Boston Police Department (Official) big and amazing things happen! So proud of our community ❤️🙌🙏

A big thank you to Noa and the Boston Police Department (Official) for bringing smiles and comfort to children at Franciscan Children’s!

As part of her Bat Mitzvah project, Noa collected more than 100 stuffed animals for Project Smile, asking her guests to help support her cause. She donated them to the Boston Police Department so officers could provide them to children experiencing difficult or stressful situations.

BPD then partnered with Noa and her mom, Heather, to share some of the stuffed animals with children at Franciscan Children’s.

We are so grateful for their generosity and thoughtfulness! Thank you, Noa, Heather and BPD, for helping make our kid's days a little brighter.

Boston Landing is having their August movie night tonight and they have a fun filled event planned! Tonight’s feature is the classic:

Rocky is a classic underdog story about a struggling Philadelphia boxer who gets the chance of a lifetime to fight heavyweight champion Apollo Creed. Written by and starring Sylvester Stallone, the 1976 film became an enduring story of determination, resilience, and going the distance.

Brighton Main Streets is excited to partner with Allston-Brighton Food Tours to present “Menu of the Day: Revolutionary Brighton — Discovering 250 Years of Community, Courage, and Change.”

Brighton has a fascinating place in the story of the American Revolution—and what better way to discover that history than by walking our neighborhood, visiting local businesses, sharing a meal, and learning the stories of the people and places that helped shape our community?

Join us for a FREE walking and food tour exploring Brighton’s past, present, and future:

We cannot wait for the next movie night coming August 20, 2026 featuring : Rocky (1976) is a classic sports drama written by and starring Sylvester Stallone. The film follows Rocky Balboa, a small-time boxer from Philadelphia who gets an unexpected chance to fight the world heavyweight champion. Through determination, hard work, and resilience, Rocky proves that true success comes from having the courage to keep going, making the film one of the most inspiring sports movies ever made.
