❤️ Celebrating more than a century of faith, service, and community!

Brighton Main Streets sends our heartfelt congratulations to the Sisters of St. Joseph, who have been an important part of our Brighton community for more than 100 years.

Yesterday, the Sisters celebrated their Jubilarians marking 80, 75, 70, 65, 60, and 50 years of service — an incredible 1,115 combined years of serving God and the Dear Neighbor.

For generations, the Sisters of Saint Joseph have been woven into the fabric of our community through their commitment to education, service, compassion, and care for others. We are grateful for their extraordinary legacy and for the countless lives they have touched in Brighton and far beyond.

🎉 Congratulations to all of the Jubilarians on these remarkable milestones. We are so fortunate to have the Sisters of Saint Joseph as part of the Brighton community.

Join Mayor Michelle Wu and City staff tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30, for coffee and conversation right here in Brighton.

This is a great opportunity for Allston-Brighton residents, businesses and community members to connect directly with the Mayor and City staff, ask questions, share ideas and talk about what’s happening in our neighborhood.

There will also be Dunkin’ iced coffee and donuts, fresh fruit from Star Market, giveaways, lawn games and free flowering plants while supplies last.
