🎲 Ladies Night: Bunco! 🎲
🕡 6:30–8:30 PM

Bunco will be a new game for many of us, but don’t worry; if you’d like to play and aren’t familiar with the rules, we’ve got you covered! We’ll have experienced Bunco players at various tables to help guide you along.

Bonus learning opportunity:
Several people will be available on Saturday, February 14th from 4–7 PM during the Hearts & Flowers Bake Sale to help teach Bunco.

📣 Post 331 Auxiliary – Elected Officer Positions 📣

Please take a moment to review the flyer below for the list of open elected volunteer officer positions for the American Legion Auxiliary Post 331.
Position titles and brief role descriptions are included to help members consider where they may wish to serve.

For a local unit of the American Legion Auxiliary to exist and function, more than just members are required; elected officers must be in place. While exact wording and minimum requirements may vary slightly by the ALA Department of Michigan or by a unit’s own Constitution & Bylaws (such as Post 331’s), the national organization’s structure and guidelines clearly identify the officer positions expected for a unit to be recognized and operational.

Officers of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 331 are elected annually by the membership. These core positions are expected to be filled for the Unit to function properly and remain in good standing with organizational requirements.

Election Process & Timeline

April 7 – Membership meeting: Nominations accepted for all open positions
May 5 – Annual Membership meeting: Election of officers
June 2 – Newly elected officers assume their positions

The following officer positions will be open beginning in June.
(Please see the flyer for the full list of position titles.)

Members are encouraged to consider serving and to participate in the nomination and election process. Strong leadership ensures a strong and effective Auxiliary.

Without a properly elected slate of officers, a unit cannot effectively conduct business, manage funds, maintain records, or remain in good standing.

❤️ Hearts & Flowers Bake Sale ❤️

We had an incredible outpouring of donations for our Bake Sale today — thank you to everyone who baked, bought, and supported!

Good news… we still have plenty of delicious treats left, so the Bake Sale will continue tomorrow starting at 4:00 PM at the Post.

If you missed it today, this is your second chance! Come grab something sweet and support your Post while you’re at it. ❤️

🔥 Reminder: Chili Cook-Off tomorrow at Post 331! 🌶️
Get those crock pots ready, and come ready to taste, vote, and have some fun. Please have crock pots there between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. Voting will start at 4:00 pm SHARP!

If you can help with setup, serving, or cleanup, please let us know; many hands make it a great event! Set up will start between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. The Auxiliary thanks you ahead of time!
