Our very own Steel Sports Advisory Board Member, Bobby Valentine, will be inducted in to the 2026 New York Mets Hall of Fame, tomorrow afternoon at Citi Field! Valentine led the Mets from 1996-2002 and ranks third in team history with 536 wins. In 1999, he led the Mets to the postseason for the first time since 1988. The following year, he took the team to the World Series, becoming the first manager in club history to lead the team to consecutive playoff appearances.

We are so proud of you, Bobby V, and this much-deserved accomplishment! 👏

We want to recognize Steel United Pennsylvania’s 2009G Elite and 2009B Elite teams for making it to the finals of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer’s State Cup and both finishing as finalists! What an incredible accomplishment for both teams to make it that far against top competition, as well as for Coach Heather and Coach Sean. We are Steel Proud! ⚽️👏
