A big welcome to our new Head Coach, Nick Hemans!

Coach Hemans joined our staff last season as a volunteer assistant after a 12-year stint at Bernards High School.

We’re excited to have Coach Hemans leading the program and wish him nothing but success in this new role.

Stay tuned for more information regarding an upcoming meet and greet with Coach Hemans!

A moment to say thank you to this staff and honor the incredible legacy of Coach Chuck Apel.

For decades, Coach Apel has been a defining figure in Bridgewater lacrosse — setting a standard built on commitment, tradition, excellence, and a genuine love for the game. His impact extends far beyond wins and championships. It can be seen in the generations of players he has coached, the staff members who have stood beside him, and the community that has grown around this program.

Thank you will never fully capture what Coach Apel and this staff have given to Bridgewater lacrosse, but it’s a start.

The standard they built, the traditions they established, and the pride they brought to this community will carry on for generations.

Thank you, Coach Apel, for everything.

Congrats to our BR lacrosse alumni for winning the Patriot Summer League championship tonight!
