We’re opening up the office this week for anyone who could use clothing 🤍

We have a lot to go through, about 100 totes ranging from newborn to adult XXL. Some sizes we have tons of, others are more limited, but there’s a really good mix overall.

Everything will be in totes and mostly organized by size to make it easier to look through.

Hours this week:

* Monday: 11–3
* Wednesday: 10–1
* Thursday: 10–3

If those times don’t work for you, just send us a message, we’re happy to try and coordinate another time this week.

Everything is completely free. If you’re in a position to donate toward the future of WHP, it’s always appreciated, but never expected.

Anything left over will be donated to other great local organizations, so nothing goes to waste.

If you’re planning to stop by, please let us know we’d love to have a general idea of who’s coming through.

We have a bittersweet update to share 💛

At the end of this month, we will be closing our current office space as we take a step back and regroup for what’s next.

As we prepare to move out, we have a large amount of children’s, women’s, and men’s clothing that we would love to see go directly to those who need it most.

During April school vacation week, we’ll be opening our doors for a few days and inviting anyone in need to come by, look through our bins, and take what they need, no questions asked.

While a donation is appreciated and helps us continue our work, it is absolutely not required.

If you or someone you know could benefit, please reach out to us here on Facebook for details on dates and times.

We could also really use a few volunteers throughout the week to help organize and pack up as we transition out of the space, if you’re able to lend a hand, please message us.

A very special thank you to Kathy Macdonald for thinking of our teens in the most meaningful way and connecting us with her dear friend — who handmade 40 beautiful crocheted lap quilts for kids in need.

These quilts aren’t just blankets. They’re comfort, care, and hours of love stitched into every single one. They’re the perfect size for teens to cozy up with while reading, watching TV, gaming, or just needing a little warmth on a tough day.

Knowing they were made by someone who is going through her own challenges makes this gift even more powerful. Her generosity will bring comfort to so many teens this season.

Alright guys, we are in the home stretch before our big holiday extravaganza for nearly 100 teens, and we are honestly blown away by the support so far. The gifts coming in have been incredible, and we are so grateful for every single person who has helped to make this happen.

I know it feels more exciting to choose a specific teen and shop directly from their wishlist, but I promise you - the items listed in bulk, without names attached, were all requested by these teens. Since this is our first year hosting this many kids at once, we did a survey to get a clear understanding of what would help the most teens across the board. Those bulk items are their actual asks.

We still have a few things we really need on the wishlist - especially the sweatshirts and they're on sale for just $13, which is honestly amazing.

If you're able to help us close the gap, it would mean the world to us and to the teens we're serving. Thank you all so much for being part of this. ❤️
