American Youth Football (AYF), established in 1996, is an international organization that promotes the development of youth through their association with adult leaders in American football. Rules and regulations ensure players are in a safe environment with a competitive balance between teams
Delmarva AYF consists of football associations located throughout Delaware, Maryland Eastern Shore, and some parts of Virginia. Delmarva is governed by a Board of Directors, and Executive Officer’s that have adopted AYF’s current governing rules which subscribes to the principles of safety, sportsmanship, and full participation. "Delmarva" will also abide by the AYF rules, which includes age and grade based protected divisions, in order to participate in AYF state, regional and national tournament competitions
Here at Woodbridge Raiders AYF, our focus is on helping our youth build character, sportsmanship, self-confidence and learn responsibility & teamwork in a competitive environment while gaining a strong sense of community and brotherhood
