🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, the Bridgeview Fire Department joins our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the 2,977 innocent lives taken that day, including the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice while answering the call.

Their courage, selflessness, and dedication to others represent the very best of the fire service. We also recognize the first responders, military members, families, and countless others whose lives were forever changed by the events of that day.

Twenty-five years later, we remember their names, their sacrifice, and the unity our nation showed in the days that followed.

May we never forget those we lost.
May we always honor those who ran toward danger when others were running away.

🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — Never Forgotten. 🇺🇸
