✨💅👩🏃‍♀️💨 Cg7LBC is back in session. This one for the Moms, Aunties, Sisters, Grandmas, Cousins, & Friends!

CG7 Ladies Boot Camp will help you achieve personal fitness goals and push your body to its fullest potential. The workouts are structured to be able to either increase or modify intensity of each drill based on your current fitness state. CG7 will provide you with variety of exercises that target the entire body. CG7 will help you set realistic goals that can be met during each workouts.

Workout Program 📝
Private Training: (1 on 1) = 💲5️⃣0️⃣
Group Training : up to 🔟 = 💲3️⃣0️⃣

Every: (Monday / Wednesday /Friday / Weekend+)
