I was going to change that in 03/04 around that time, we had one building fitted with a new regulation box. Then the board got involved, and union wanted to do the work. You could filled the rest of the story in by this post. Do you know which building that got that box? That was a failed attempt a bit over 20yrs ago when Co-op had money and OK manager, but he didn't get it done. The Success side board members weren't so hot on a project that didn't help them. In this day and time it's a rare thing for the residents to own something, could all be lost if your not careful. Some mobile home parks are owned by the residents land and all, but those are hard to find.
