Pride is all about celebrating love, identity, community, and the freedom to be yourself unapologetically. It’s a time to honor the history and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community, support one another, and keep pushing for equality and acceptance for everyone.

Whether you’re showing up for friends, celebrating your own identity, or simply spreading kindness and inclusion, Pride is for everyone who believes people deserve to live authentically.

And don’t forget that Bridgeport Pride is happening on Saturday, June 20th!

Saturday , June 6 | 10AM - 12 PM

Walk hosts from the Bridgeport Pride Center will lead you on a tour of the neighborhood, highlighting the contributions of le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender and q***r culture in our community.

Each walk features a different host and a fresh set of experiences, offering unique perspectives on our vibrant creative landscape. The walk concludes at delicious local lunch destination.

The Bridgeport Pride Center is incredibly grateful for the generosity and support shown through the many clothing donations we’ve received from our community.

At this time, we will be placing a TEMPORARY PAUSE on accepting new clothing donations, from now through the end of June, as we work to organize and make space in our closet.

The community closet will remain open and available for anyone who needs clothing items, and we encourage community members to continue stopping by to take what they need.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
