Odyssey Project - Bridgeport Support this page in awareness of your own health and learn prevention methods in reducing HIV/AIDS at UB.

A typical College Student is at risk for HIV/AIDS as young adults are more likely to be infected while in college due to risky behavior. Students are more adventurous, have multiple partners, typically do not use condoms during every encounter and may believe oral s*xual activities do not transmit diseases. These high s*xual risk behaviors leading to HIV/AIDS contraction are inextricably linked to

binge drinking and substance abuse. The Odyssey Project is a collaboration with the Greater Bridgeport Area Prevention Program, University of Bridgeport and the City of Bridgeport Health Department.
