This past Saturday, 17 participants from Hang Time Waterbury and Bridgeport took part in a powerful Hang Time Mobile trip to the Ruby and Calvin Fletcher Museum of African American History.

Through a personal guided tour by Jeffrey Fletcher, participants experienced powerful stories of struggle, resilience, strength, and achievement that brought history to life and sparked meaningful conversation and reflection.

Her Time New Haven came together tonight for a powerful, meaningful conversation about mental health in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. We reflected on the impact of Clifford Beers and were grateful to have Barbara Jimenez from Catholic Charities join us, who shared valuable resources and support services with the group.

As always, the room was filled with love, honesty, encouragement, and connection as women poured into one another, creating a safe space for healing and growth. We closed the evening by stretching our bodies and minds together, leaving refreshed and empowered.
