HER TIME WATERBURY WAS A VIBE!

Her Time Waterbury on August 26, 2026 was filled with laughter, honesty, connection, and powerful moments of reflection.

Our theme was “The Masks We Wear” and the question of the night was:

“Do I Give Myself Permission to Be Me?”

Through our fun “The Mask + The Situation” game, we explored the different masks we sometimes wear to fit in, protect ourselves, please others, or hide what we are really feeling.

The conversation got real.

We laughed. We shared. We reflected. We challenged each other to think about what happens when we stop shrinking, performing, and pretending just to make everyone else comfortable.

The reminder we left with was simple:

You have permission to be YOU.
You have permission to take up space.
You have permission to simply be HER.

NEXT MONTH, DON’T JUST HEAR ABOUT IT. COME EXPERIENCE IT!

Bring a friend, bring your energy, and come ready for another unforgettable night of sisterhood, conversation, growth, and fun.

It’s a thing! Hang Time Waterbury is growing!

Yesterday’s Hang Time Waterbury was incredible! We shared a meal, made new connections, exchanged resources, and celebrated the continued growth of our community.

A special thank you to our guest, VA Natasha Randolph, for leading a powerful seminar on su***de prevention. The conversation that followed was honest, meaningful, and deeply important. These are the conversations that strengthen our community, raise awareness, and remind us that no one has to face life alone.

We also enjoyed chicken, rice, and salad while building genuine relationships around the table\.

Don’t miss the next one! Tell a friend, bring a friend, and come be part of the movement!

Join us for the next Hang Time Waterbury session:

Thursday, September 3 at 6 PM
Waterbury City Hall, 2nd Floor

Come see what the buzz is about, and bring someone new with you!

Together we can.
Together we will.
Together we’re strong.

Hangtime Waterbury was filled with meaningful conversations, different perspectives, great food, and plenty of laughs!

This week we explored “Society vs. Self” and talked about how much society has changed from previous generations. We reflected on society, self, and accountability, challenging ourselves to look beyond what is happening around us and focus on the choices, attitudes, and changes we can make within ourselves.

Special thanks to Tasty Trunks LLC for providing the delicious Rasta pasta and garlic chicken!

Another powerful Hangtime filled with connection, reflection, food, and laughter.

Join us again Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Waterbury City Hall, 2nd Floor.

Come for the conversation. Stay for the connection. Bring someone with you. We’ll see you at Hangtime Waterbury!

What a beautiful evening at Her Time Bridgeport\!

We had a full house and were honored to welcome Senator Sujata Gadkar\-Wilcox, Deputy Majority Leader, who shared her inspiring journey into politics, leadership, and the power of community support\.

The evening continued with laughter, creativity, and connection as local jeweler Lynne Mercein led our ladies in creating beautiful, one\-of\-a\-kind bracelets\.

Special thanks to Mollie Lewis for capturing the evening, and continued gratitude to our sisters at Southport Congregational Church for faithfully sponsoring our dinners\.

The room was filled with love, sisterhood, and inspiration\.

Join us September 1st and bring a queen!
