Our goal is to enlighten, educate, entertain, de-conflict and problem-solve through discussion. We seek to provide specific ex-offenders group and gang members diagnosed and yet to be diagnosed with Post & Present Traumatic Stress a choice in mental health treatment.

Great night of Hang Time New Haven last night!! 53 people on a warm smokey night came together to build respect, understanding and community!

We awarded a extrodinay high school student with one of our ten (10) Annual scholarships after a local selection committee voted to provide $1K him the academic award. He was incredibly articulate in expressing his grattitude for the award and thanked his grand parents (pictured with him), mother & father for making him the strong and driven young man he is today.

Special shout outs to Paulie C, Barbara & Marisa for providing amazing food as part of the "HV Community Feed". Several first time attendees left with their bellys and souls filled with love.

Program Facilitator Saladin A. Hasan Sr & Samantha Tellefsen held a robust discussion about "Nice vs Kind" and the perceptions of the difference. The entire New Haven HT team (Isha, Roger, Samantha, Hasan, Keith & SCSU Interns) is rockin the program like never before!

It was a very colorful night of celebration at the Annual Arts Council of New Haven Ceremony at Nx-Hvn!!! CEO/Founder of Hang Time Programs was one of the Honorees of 2026. This is one of many awards recieved for the work done on Charlie's first documentary film with A2V Media !

Charlie thanked the Board members of the Arts Council for the esteemed honor on behalf of the entire cast and crew of "Us vs Them". Ameer Williams who stars in the film, was in attendance as well as many HT supporters.

Charlie gave a Special thanks to the one & only Yexandra Diaz for nominating him for the "Reimagining" series of this award. CHECK OUT THE AWARD WINNING "US vs THEM" FILM ON AMAZON !!!
