On Tuesday, we attended the 2025 Fall Southern Connecticut College & Career Fair at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport. Students and families came out to explore post-high school opportunities, meeting with colleges, universities, businesses, and career programs from across the region.

We were proud to showcase the exciting pathways available in manufacturing—a field that continues to evolve into a technology-driven industry offering opportunities in design, innovation, management, analytics, and beyond.

Alongside OEM Controls, Inc., we shared firsthand insights about careers in advanced manufacturing with students eager to learn more.

It’s always inspiring to connect with students as they explore what’s next and to highlight how manufacturing is shaping the future of Connecticut’s workforce.
