The new Garmin AXIS looking right at home in the cockpit. For Skywagon owners already flying with G3X, AXIS offers a great upgrade path to Garmin’s latest generation of flight displays while making use of much of the existing installation.

What do you think of AXIS in the Skywagon?

There’s something about a finished cockpit that never gets old.

Clean, simple and ready to fly. A lot of work goes into getting a panel to this stage, but seeing everything come together is always worth it.

When was the last time you had work done on your panel?

Thinking about upgrading your G3X to the new Garmin AXIS?

We've been busy with several G3X to AXIS swaps recently and there's now a special available for Skywagon owners. Upgrade your existing Garmin G3X to AXIS from $10,350, including wiring, labour and TX sales tax.

With the G3X screen already coming out, it's also an ideal time to consider adding the Garmin GCO 14 CO detector.

Would AXIS be your next Skywagon upgrade?

Thinking about upgrading your G3X to the new Garmin AXIS?

We've been busy with several G3X to AXIS swaps recently and there's now a special available for Skywagon owners. Upgrade your existing Garmin G3X to AXIS from $10,350, including wiring, labour and TX sales tax. Base pricing assumes a GTX 345(R) and GTN 750Xi, with an additional $500 for a legacy GTN 750.

With the G3X screen already coming out, it's also an ideal time to consider adding the Garmin GCO 14 CO detector.

Challenge time!

Does anyone know what this small piece of metal is and what it’s used for on an aircraft?

It might look simple, but it has a very useful purpose. Put your guesses in the comments!

Been thinking about making the move from G3X to the new Garmin AXIS?

We've completed a number of these swaps recently and we're now running a special for Skywagon owners. Replace your existing Garmin G3X with AXIS from $10,350, including wiring, labour and TX sales tax. Base pricing assumes a GTX 345(R) and GTN 750Xi, with an additional $500 for a legacy GTN 750.

It's also a great opportunity to add the Garmin GCO 14 CO detector while the existing G3X screen is already out.

If your Skywagon already has G3X, would you make the move to AXIS?

Already planning a G3X to AXIS upgrade? This is a great time to consider adding a Garmin GCO 14 too.

With the old G3X screen already removed for the AXIS swap, it makes the GCO 14 carbon monoxide detector an easy addition while we're already working behind the panel. A small extra upgrade that adds another useful level of monitoring to your aircraft.

Would you add a CO detector while upgrading your panel?
