It was founded by Lissette Valle, (Librarian, Salsera, Coach, Mother of 3) with the intention to encourage and promote equity by building reciprocity networks that allow for access to programming that allows EGN to share the love of stories, dance, music, spoken word, adaptive sports, technology, and allows for participants to reflect their own space within the global community.
