Wakeman BGC Cowboys Football Wakeman Cowboys is part of the Fairfield County Football League.

The Wakeman Boys & Girls Club tackle football program is run through the Smilow-Burroughs Clubhouse and is open to 4th-7th graders who live or attend school in Bridgeport.
