🐴 Now Hiring: Horse Riding Instructor / Trainer 🐴

New Branch Ranch is looking for an experienced, dependable, and safety-minded horse trainer or riding instructor to provide lessons two days per week.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with riders of different experience levels and can help create a positive, encouraging learning environment. Our ideal trainer is confident teaching both horse handling on the ground and riding fundamentals in the saddle.

Responsibilities may include:
- Teaching scheduled horseback-riding lessons two days each week
- Working with beginner and intermediate riders
- Teaching horse safety, grooming, tacking, groundwork, and riding skills
- Promoting confidence, good horsemanship, and respect for the horse
- Maintaining a professional, dependable, and positive presence at the ranch
- Communicating clearly with ranch management and lesson participants

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience teaching riding lessons and/or training horses
- Strong horsemanship and safety skills
- Experience with Western riding, ranch riding, trail riding, groundwork, or similar disciplines is a plus
- Comfortable working with children and adults
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability two days per week

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves horses, enjoys teaching, and would like to help grow a welcoming lesson program at New Branch Ranch.

Join us for a relaxing sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, release stress, and enjoy a unique evening at the ranch. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you get comfortable as you relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Cowgirl Workshop | This Saturday
9AM-4PM
Spend the day immersed in the world of horses with a hands-on experience designed to build confidence, connection, and a deeper understanding of horsemanship.
Think of it as an intensive, day-long horse experience where you’ll learn the foundations of working with horses, including groundwork, horse care, communication, safety, and creating a true partnership with these incredible animals.
