On October 14, 2016, the Associated Humane Societies Forked River Branch will be celebrating National Feral Cat Day. We will open the clinic doors at 8 am and we will spay or neuter the first 30-35 feral cats that arrive free of charge. We will also provide free rabies vaccines. All cats will be ear tipped so that they can be recognized by the community as being spayed or neutered. All feral cats will be available for pickup between 4-5 pm on the same day. All cats must be in separate carriers or traps. For questions, please call 609-693-6551.

THANK YOU!!! Thank you to all the supporters who attended our gift auction tonight. We hope you enjoyed your time with us.

And a great big thank you to all the volunteers who sold tickets, ran prizes and helped organize. In particular, I would like to thank Madeline and Mike for all their hard work.

For anyone that has heard about this coyote sighting....
Location was on the other side of Lakewood close to Jackson, but still a good reminder to not leave out cat food to attract wildlife.

Sammy went missing from our home on Holly Acres Drive in Brick between 12:15 and 2:15 pm Saturday October 10th

Sammy is a house cat that somehow got out.
