This is the perfect time to PAUSE and show some GRATITUDE! A very BIG THANK YOU to EVERYONE who helped get our community through the Blizzard of 2026!!

Local officials are asking everyone to stay off the roads and let the plows do their work. The Pause will be closed on Monday Feb 23rd and reopen on Tuesday Feb 24th. Stay Safe, and lets all check in on each other!

The Pause will be closing due to the pending snow storm. Lower Cape Towns are asking residents to stay home so the snowplows can do their work.

After the Sunday Jan 25th 7 UP meeting at 7 am, The Pause will close, and re-open Monday at 5pm for The Five and remain open for Dharma @ 6:30
