Our comrade, Bob Ulrich was the Commander of Putnam Valley VFW Post 391 for nineteen years. He was also the Putnam County Council Commander in 2008 attaining "All State" Honors.

We join the members of Post 391 and his family in mourning his death. Rest easy comrade, we have the watch from here.
