Just this past weekend, Mended Swords completed its annual Spartan Race at Bethel Woods, NY. This race was amazing and had some new faces and returning ones on the team. Just as always the team successfully carried Ralph, and Brock from the starting line to the finish line in just over 5 hours and 15 minutes.
