Brewer Youth Hockey is a non-profit organization (501-C3) that offers many programs, such as our popular Learn-to-Skate and Learn-to-Play sessions and our numerous Tier IV 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U teams. Learn to Skate / Learn to Play: We offer two eight week programs for one hour per week ( total of sixteen weeks) For ages 3-15 and all skill levels (never skated before to some skating skills). Atoms:
A division of Learn to Skate / Learn to Play. This program is offered in February/March. Real game situations for beginners that are played cross ice against other area organizations & rinks. It gives the young skaters a taste for Mites (the next step).
3. 8U: Two practices per week and games for those who are ready to move up from LTS / LTP. For ages 5-8. Area games are played cross ice against other organizations and rinks.
4. Extended 8U : A division of Mites for those that want to extend their season and play more hockey. Practices and games are played against other organizations and rinks, with tournaments.
5. 10U:Two practices per week with games and tournaments are played with full ice. For ages 10 - 12.
6. 12U: Two practices per week with games and tournaments played with full ice. For ages 10 - 12.
7. 14U: Two practices per week with games and tournaments played full ice. For ages 12 - 14.
8. 16U/18U: Practices, games & tournaments played with full ice. For ages 15 - 18. The season is August-November.
