Hello I am feeding my feral colony of 15 cats down to the last cans of cat-food I go through cans quickly with the cats I feed as some are seniors that eat here. I will of course continue to care for the cats as long I am still here until I move . Then the cats will have to fend for themselves to find food and shelter if I can’t find placements for them all . My wishlists are posted below :

Feral Cats Rescue Progressive is in need of funds for the Medical Care for the cats as well as donations of catfood . This is a temporary solution to keep-the cats safe from cruel neighbors until enough funds is donated not only for a better shelter but also for buying property for the relocation of Feral Cats Rescue Progressive . I am Timothy Gallagher I started the rescue which was originally supposed to be a temporary solution until a sanctuary or other rescues can take the cats but unfortunately that didn’t work out that way as all rescues and sanctuaries are full have no space available. The home owner has rented rooms out of this multi dwelling housing unit to men on SSI and young men on social services. The house is over populated as well as use of illegal drugs and alcohol in the house and on the property after the management has changed . The home owner wants the big shelter along with the cats removed off his property as it’s taking up a lot of yard space.Having a house and property is needed for the cats and my service dog . So a substantial amount of money is needed for this but while I am still here caring for the animals this enclosure needs to be upgraded to be a better home for the cats like a metal or plastic shed 8 by 14 that can be easily moved when the time comes but also if I am forced with a deadline to leave here the cats will have to go to the shelter which means they would have to be put to sleep since they’re feral cats that will need long term rehabilitation. That I can’t let happen so am praying for donations to fund my rescue just got my EIN number few months ago through the IRS for nonprofit now the next steps are to find board members so this can be complete then register to apply for grants hopefully this works out for the cats sake every penny and dollar adds up. At the current moment cat food is needed wet / dry as I am down to the last of the cans of cat food and last bag of dry cat food. I don’t drive and have no Transportation otherwise I would have been contacting Nobody starves on Long Island. They’re no funds for the cats here so since I am on a fixed income jumping into a taxi running around the world to shop isn’t an option since some people out there have made comments about me feeding cats . I have a puppy I care for which is my service dog. For those who are new seeing my posts the cats here showed up last year they were dumped as kittens with the momma cat and father cat the neighbors were killing them so this I started at the spur of a moment to save them everything you see the shelters in the enclosure all was done from donations . It’s a shame to see other rescue people out there putting down other rescue people that are trying to save animals . Which was done to me few times already asking for help to feed the cats that can make some people say hey I’m not gonna save these cats now get them put down let them go stop caring for them all . Right now I currently need pet food to feed all cats any brand will do so they do not starve dog food is always an option when I have it to spare .

Feeding time of course Maggie my puppy is always right next to me the cats are getting used to it now.
This cat enclosure is in need of being replaced with a 8 by 10 or 8 by 14 metal or plastic shed that can be put on Concrete blocks . Also a lot is needed for these cats they’re total of 15 cats that come here throughout the entire day and night . To help keep this going and also need to raise funds to move my rescue so property is needed to be purchased so I can move this to my own property so in order for this to happen large amount of funds are needed to be raised to make this happen since when I first started feeding the cats here in Brentwood NY the neighbors were killing animals including the cats and kittens. This was reported to SPCA when this happened so these cats are not safe here no rescue can take them nor any sanctuary. When Happy Cat Sanctuary was operational by Chris Arsenault he was taking all the cats to keep them out of danger in 2024 in 2025 these cats showed up when they were kittens with the momma and father . Cats winded up missing as well as the kittens didn’t know for sure what was going on but had a hunch and when I witnessed the neighbors dumping a kitten out a trap into a hole that’s when I made the calls to report them. I found out these aren’t the only neighbors in Brentwood killing cats they’re also being poisoned by other residents around this area. Another cat is missing now one of offspring’s for a month now. I had two orange colored males now one . Anyone wishing to donate for this cause and there medical care can donate links are posted every penny and dollar counts to reach closer to what’s needed.
