We just made DRTV MAIN NEWS.

Not for noise. For impact.

The Delta State Government just commended the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation on live TV for what we did at Ughievwen Model Primary, Otu-Jeremi & Unuame Primary, Ovu.

Here’s what actually happened at our just-concluded 2025/2026 Back-to-School Programme:

✅ 2,000 school kits - every single child in both schools went home with a bag, books, water bottles & writing materials
✅ Block of 5 model toilets commissioned & remodeled
✅ Borehole + overhead water system commissioned — clean water, finally
✅ Government represented by Commissioner for Primary Education Chief Rose Ezewu through Dr. Michael Emeshile — who called it a “perfect example of public-private partnership”
✅ SUBEB Chairman Hon. Samuel Mariere - called it “visionary sacrifice”

Thank you, Delta State. Thank you, Ughievwen & Unuame. Thank you to every donor who made 2000 kits possible.

Next stop: 2027 is already loading.

Soon, little hands will be holding books, writing materials, and new possibilities.

Because sometimes, a simple school supply can carry a BIG message: “Your future matters.”

It’s easy to look at a school bag and see a bag.

But a child sees something different.

They see a fresh start.
They see the tools to write their first answer.
They see the confidence to raise their hand in class.
They see a reminder that someone believes in them.

That is why the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation 2026 Back-to-School Programme means so much to us.

It's 4 days to go and maybe this is your reminder that you don't have to do something extraordinary to make a difference. Sometimes, helping one child start well is enough.

❤️ Like if you believe every child deserves a fair chance.
🔁 Share because the person who can help may be in your network.

Let’s make this countdown about more than a date. Let’s make it about the children waiting at the other end of it.

🎒 6 DAYS TO GO… AND A CHILD’S FUTURE IS WAITING.

What if something as simple as a backpack, notebook, or mathematical set could help a child walk into school with confidence?

On September 22, 2026, the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation will host its annual Back-to-School Programme, bringing essential books and writing materials to children at Ughievwen Model Primary School and Unuame Primary School.

For some children, these may look like ordinary school supplies. But for a child receiving them, they can mean confidence, readiness, dignity, and the feeling that someone believes in their future.

We’re counting down to another opportunity to put resources into little hands and hope into young hearts. ❤️💙💛

We never imagined that losing our daughter would become the reason we would help other children find their way.

Before we became the founders of the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation, we were simply Mom and Dad.

We had the dreams every parent has. We wanted to watch our daughter, Adesuwa, grow. We wanted to celebrate her birthdays, cheer her through school, witness her dreams unfold, and be there for all the beautiful moments life had ahead of her.

But our story changed. We lost Adesuwa.

There are some kinds of pain that words cannot adequately explain. We were left with a broken heart, unanswered questions, and a future we had once imagined that suddenly looked completely different.

But with time, something became clear to us:

We could not change what happened to Adesuwa. But we could choose what would happen because of Adesuwa.

And that choice gave birth to the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation.

We decided to give our love somewhere to go. The school supplies we once dreamed of buying for our daughter, we now give to children who need them.

The future we wanted to invest in for Adesuwa, we now invest in the futures of other children.

The smiles, opportunities, dignity, and hope we wish we could still give our daughter, we now have the privilege of sharing with others.

That is why this Foundation is deeply personal to us.

Every child we help reminds us that Adesuwa’s story continues. Every life we touch gives meaning to her legacy. Every smile we restore is a reminder that love never truly dies.

We may not have been able to change our story, but we can help change someone else's.

This is Adesuwa’s legacy.
This is our purpose.
This is love turned into action.

🔁 Share this story. Someone may need to be reminded that even after loss, love can still create something beautiful.
