CALLING ALL RECYCLE BIKES!!!
If you have an adaptive bicycle that your child has outgrown that was provided by Music City Trykes, we are happy to recycle it to another child who would love to have it. Representatives from Music City Trykes will be present at the Tri My Best Triathlon event to help fit children to any recycled bicycles following the race next Saturday, June 14th.
If you have a bike you would like to recycle, it can be dropped off at Ga***rd Opryland Resort and Convention Center (2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville) anytime on Friday, June 13th. Please see the map....bikes may be dropped off at the red star marked “Transition Area”, which is a parking lot on the left just past where main hotel check-in is. You are welcome to leave the bike there even if event personnel are not present, as this is the main hub for the event and will be monitored by Opryland security.
If you have a child who is hoping to obtain an adaptive bike of their own, representatives from Music City Trykes will be in the transition area following the race on Saturday, June 14th from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM. We can’t guarantee inventory availability or an appropriate fit for everyone who attends, but we will do our best to fit as many bikes as possible.
