“I wanted to thank you all again. It was truly a trip of a lifetime. We all enjoyed it so much. We only left the house twice all week. We went to church and the grocery store. The house and location were amazing. It is the perfect spot for rest and family time. What you all do for cancer patients is amazing. I pray God blesses you, the property owners and all the donors.”

“We are so grateful for the opportunity you have given us. We still talk about the vacation everyday. Saying “Wish we were still in the pool today” not worrying about what we’re going to do later. 🙂

I have never been on such a relaxing vacation. The 1 week was really a good amount of time and not rushing to do anything.

We are thrilled to officially announce our new assistant executive director, Abigail! We are looking forward to the extra help as I (Jenn) finish my degree in nursing. Only 3 more semesters to go 🎉 Abigail’s fresh new perspective on fundraising, community engagement, social media, communications and marketing is exciting! Abigail Fitzmorris is a Franklin, Tennessee native who earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona in 2023. During college, she became involved with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), later becoming a CASA herself in early 2024. After graduating, she completed a year of AmeriCorps service with City Year in Baton Rouge, LA, supporting students in an under resourced public school. In 2025, she relocated with her family to Saint Simons Island, Georgia. Waves of Grace was created in memory of her Nana, and Abigail is grateful for the opportunity to honor her legacy by serving others and providing comfort to those in need.

🚨TIME CHANGE - Herb Lee Golf Classic 10/28/24 presented by - still a few foursomes left! Sign up to play wavesofgracegolfclassic.com - The day will be set up similar to past years at The Grove with registration, in the Manor House foyer, and lunch provided by The Grove, on the back patio. We will do a shotgun start, followed by Mojo Tacos taco bar post round while scores are being tabulated for prizes!

IMPORTANT TIME CHANGE NOTE: Due to our event being held later in the year, we will be moving our event day schedule up an hour to ensure there is enough sunlight for everyone to finish their round. Below are the details of event day:
