VENDORS NEEDED!

We are excited to host the Holiday Boutique in our community again this year. Summerset II is a gated community for people 55 and older. However, for this event, it is open to the public and we will advertise in a variety of places.

We are looking for unique items
from local, talented artists.

SET-UP
Friday, November 20
4 PM - 8 PM set-up

EVENT
Saturday, November 21
9 AM - 3 PM event
(doors open to vendors at 8 AM)

PAYMENT
$30 / Vendor space. Once your space is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes a link to pay for your space. It is expected that we will receive payment immediately to secure your spot.

No Insurance is required this year. However, we will have each vendor sign a Waiver Release Form.

PICNIC AT THE PALMS - CONCERT SERIES

We are looking for musicians and singing groups who are interested in participating in our Concert Series.

We are a gated community for people who are 55 and older, located at 193 Summerset Dr, Brentwood, CA. The concerts will take place in our Clubhouse on Thursdays at 6:00 PM. Dates are available on our form, linked below.

We are interested in hearing from all groups, young and old, soloists or group ensembles. Performances are requested to be 30-45 minutes long. We will request tips for the performers. Residents will bring a picnic to eat as they enjoy your music.
