The Washington County 10 year old all star team’s season came to an end tonight, losing to Lufkin Little League 9-8 in extra innings of the winner-take-all championship game. Both teams played an incredible game and left it all out there on the field tonight. And it was one of the most electric crowds we have ever had at one of our games! We can’t wait to see what these kids can do next year!

Finally, we would like to wish the Lufkin team the best of luck at the Texas East State tournament next weekend in Pearland! We hope you represent our section well and bring home the championship!

Our 13 year old (Intermediate 50/70) All Star Team’s season came to an end tonight, following a tough 7-5 loss to Brian Harvey Little League in the Texas East Section 1 championship. These young men battled a tough team and never quit, and tried to come back from a 5 run deficit in the last inning but came up short. Great job representing Washington County!!
