Hogg was arrested yesterday via a great coordinated effort between our BPOG detectives and Renton Police Dept!

UPDATE: Hogg was located and arrested on 11/10 in Renton. Thank you for sharing!

Bremerton Police Department is attempting to locate Ricky Hogg.

He is wanted for R**e of a Child in the 1st Degree (DV).
His last confirmed location was Kirkland on 10/14/25.
He is believed to be traveling on foot and may be attempting to return to the Bremerton area, possibly via the ferry system.
He does not have access to a known vehicle or phone.
If seen, please do not approach and instead call 911 immediately.
